Episode 6: How to figure out what you want from your life.

I’ve shared a few times in the past about how my quarter-life crisis impacted my life and my experience with depression, and I had no idea what my next steps were. What was I to do now that I realised I wasn’t happy with the path I was on? How was I going to figure out what I wanted to do and where I wanted to be if I didn’t actually *know* what I wanted to do or where I wanted to be? I just knew what I was doing and where I currently was, was not it.
