Imperfectionista of the month: Lucy Sheridan – The Comparison Coach

Imperfectionista of the month: Lucy Sheridan – The Comparison Coach

Fo’ serious. If you’re on the cusp of creating change in your life and you feel ready to step into the life you want, watching this interview is gonna change your year.

Yassssss kween! It’s the THIRD instalment of my Imperfectionista of the Month series and I could NOT be more excited to share this month’s guest with you! 👏

As I mentioned in my previous interview, each month I’m showcasing super-inspiring imperfectionistas that have insanely inspired me on my journey. I’m showcasing ordinary women on extraordinary journeys. I’m showcasing women who have had the ladyballs to create their life on their terms, unapologetically, and without needing permission, from anyone or anything. And most of all, I’m showcasing women that have turned their struggle, into their success.

What I really want you to take from this series though is confirmation – confirmation that whatever your dreams might be, they’re possible. Confirmation that no, your idea isn’t too wacky. Confirmation that the way things might be for you now, the way things might’ve always been for you up until this point in fact – DO NOT dictate that that’s how things will always be.

They just don’t! Change truly is possible for any of us.

Now, I don’t think I can recall the first time I came across this wonder of an imperfectionista. Her innate wisdom, guidance and toasty-cosy-warm delivery make you kinda feel like you’ve known her your whole life. (Yep. Like you used to legit build towers together at playgroup or something) 😄But at the same time, her innate talent for leading, coaching and nurturing is practically palpable in everything she touches. And if you spend more than three minutes in her company, either face-to-face or in her Instagram account, you’ll get exactly what I mean.

And who am I talking about?

I’m talking about the gorgeous lionness that is Lucy Sheridan 👏 The Comparison Coach and all-round oracle, especially where comparison’s concerned!

It’s so cool to imagine that the Lucy you see here, has gone on to appear on Oprah’s Life Class and in Forbes, and has since been dubbed “One of the UK’s most successful coaches” by The Times. I mean, just imagining the movie trailer of her life today would one epic, extraordinary journey.

But the movie trailer of Lucy’s life, just a few short years ago, was in a very different genre, and was a very different kinda movie. It was a movie that had scenes of emotional breakdowns, feeling trapped, feeling like she was becoming obsessed with surveilling other people’s lives, and quite brutally – feeling like she was becoming poisonous. And I’m pretty sure she’s not alone in having felt that way 💔 any of those sound familiar by any chance?

Well now she’s out the other side and blazing a freaking trail quite frankly. Living a life of freedom on her own #comparisonfree terms and more so, helping others do the same. We had the most deep and downright glorious chat, and it’s quite the transformation lemme tell ye. Do not leave this page without watching this 😉

Enjoy ☕ (and make sure you watch right until the end-end) 😜

Thank you so much Lucy for sharing a slice of your day with us! If you’d love to find out more about Lucy and all the amazingness she pours into the world, you can find;
